Strawberry banana milkshake

Ingredients

'breakfast version':

  • 2 large bananas
  • 26 oz (750g) strawberries
  • 1 cup milk 240ml
  • 2 tablespoons sweetener xylitol/sugar/agave syrup/honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional

'dessert' version:

  • 2 large bananas
  • 26 oz (750g) strawberries
  • 1 cup milk 240ml
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • whipped cream

Instructions

for the 'breakfast' milkshake:

  • Peel the bananas, cut off the strawberry tops. Add to the blender container with vanilla extract and sweetener of your choice. Mix until smooth.

for the 'dessert' version:

  • Peel the bananas, cut off the strawberry tops. Add to the blender container with the vanilla ice cream. Mix until smooth. Put into a high glass and decorate with whipped cream and optionally chocolate sprinkles.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

  • I will keep in the fridge for 24 hours. Tastes the same as freshly made but it will be thicker, so you can dilute it a bit with milk if you wish. Make sure to stir it thoroughly before serving it.
