Ingredients

shredded cooked chicken

cream cheese

sun-dried tomatoes

tablespoon
oil from the sun-dried tomato jar

tablespoon
chicken broth
add more oil if you don't have broth
1/2
teaspoon
dried basil
2
tablespoons
grated Parmesan cheese
or cut into smaller pieces
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a food processor bowl.
Blend until well combined and smooth. Add more oil from the sun-dried tomatoes or chicken broth if the spread is too thick.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve as a dip or on bread/soft pretzels spread with butter.
