28chocolate-covered biscuit sticks(such as Pocky), or pretzel sticks + melted chocolate
2oz(60g) baking milk chocolate or chocolate chips
28candy eyes
1 1/2tablespoonschocolate sprinkles
Instructions
Melt the chocolate: chop the chocolate into small pieces and place in a heat-proof bowl. Place the bowl on a small pot filled with boiling water. Let stand for a minute then stir until the chocolate is melted.
Cut biscuit sticks into smaller pieces (about 2 inches or 5cm).
Separate the oreos and press 6 sticks into the cream layer. Close the oreos.
Spread melted chocolate on top of oreos.
Place two candy eyes on each cookie. Sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.
Set aside until the chocolate is set.
